Content Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Execute spreadsheets and other tools to facilitate the loading, tracking, and verification of content and merchandising assets
• Manage and coordinate with lab for print testing through Shutterfly production.
• Load and schedule merchandising assets in the CMT
• Content testing of assets across new and current products
• Coordinate the delivery of content/merchandising assets between creative and content/merchandising team
• Create and manage existing content library as a shared resource across different departments

Required Skills:

• Experienced Excel user (data manipulation, cell linking, lookups, etc.)
• Experience with various types of content files (JPG, AI, SVG, PSD)
• Fast learner & results driven
• Pro-active attitude and ability to take the initiative is essential
• Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, while maintaining the flexibility to change task and project directional priorities
• Outstanding problem solving/analytic capabilities and detail oriented
• Ability to work in fast pace and high-growth environments
